Orthodontic assessment - Second consultation
Thanks to x-rays provided by the patient, the practitioner will be able to complete his observations made during the first consultation. This essential step will allow the professional to better assess the situation and define a suitable orthodontic treatment plan.
Why the radiological assessment?
It will make it possible to specify the condition of the periodontium as well as the movements to be obtained.
This information is essential in order to decide which equipment will be used. Equipped with these elements, the final diagnosis will be established, and a quote printed based on the treatment plan and equipment chosen.
A request for prior agreement will then be sent to Social Security (for patients under 16 years old) and orthodontic treatment can thus begin.
